Project JU-EH: Halloween Virtual Open Studio

2020, the pandemic hit this human world. 2021, JU-EH manifests JU-EH Theater, conceptually as a living opera in VR intersecting identity, opera, and healing. JU-EH embraces his fears and pain, turns it into vocal karma. It summons you, to experience the VR stage, to witness Project JU-EH hits the impossibles, led by sincerity and courage, on Halloween, onto the unknown.

In this virtual open studio, you are encouraged to turn your camera on, which represents the visual of our human world. From JU-EH's camera, it will reveal a window to the virtual reality world called The Blacksea Theater.

Two worlds exist in parallel and that we can be in both at the same time. You will be experiencing a walk through of the prototyping space, hear JU-EH talk about his progress with his team. When he sings, his sounds will initiate changes and cause the virtual architecture to change texture and to move, through the technology of face tracking and built-in pitch trackers using the gaming engine Unity.

This open studio showcases the progress of JU-EH's audio opera experimentation on the audio social platform Clubhouse, and his daring interdisciplinary vision using VR to build living costumes, and moving architectures to conduct his voice. This is a revolutionary way of approaching theater performance as this truly redefines the relationship between performer, venues and viewers.
